CAN I BUY BLANK CLOTHING?

Yes, we supply all our goods either blank or personalised. If you wish to purchase blank clothing, select your size, colour, etc options on the relevant product page, click ‘add to basket’ and check out.

WILL YOU SEND ME A PROOF TO SEE WHAT MY ORDER WILL LOOK LIKE?

Yes, we supply a proofing which made within 24 hours (for new orders) once payment is received. We will not produce anything without prior approval.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DESIGN ON GARMENTS?

Yes, we print & embroider in many locations, not just the standard left chest. When uploading artwork for your enquiry, simply add to the notes which designs you would like where. Please note: additional applications are charged as extra and charges may vary depending on the complexity of design.

ARE SETUP CHARGES A ONE OFF FEE?

Yes, once the fee has been paid for a design setup, subsequent orders will not incur this charge. For embroidery, our digitising prices start at £15 and cost is based on the number of stitches.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT’S THE BEST CLOTHING BRAND FOR ME?

As we supply thousands of products, we understand that sometimes it can be an overwhelming experience! We only want to supply you with suitable products, so please get in touch to let us know what you plan on using these for (builder, event, sports, etc.). We then recommend you the best products for your needs.

I DON’T HAVE A HIGH RESOLUTION VERSION OF MY LOGO, WHAT CAN I DO?

Our production team can only produce the highest quality with good resolution images. If you cannot get hold of one, we offer a graphic design service through which we can redraw your logo or create you something brand new. Please note that there is an hourly-rate charge for this service.

I’M AFTER SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAT I CANNOT FIND IN YOUR CATALOGUE, CAN YOU SUPPLY IT?

We have supplied many custom items and sourced alternative clothing brands over the years. Most factory-produced items have a minimum order of 250 units.

WE ARE A COMPANY THAT WILL CONSTANTLY NEED TO REORDER UNIFORM FOR ALL OF OUR VARIOUS MEMBERS OF STAFF, IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO SO?

Absolutely! Most of our customers use our exclusive ‘customer shop’ web portal designed for this purpose. It’s as simple as logging in, seeing all your various types of uniform displayed with the correct colours and branding, then placing the order to be charged to your invoice account. Please get in touch if you would be interested in setting up this facility.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

We have no minimum order, however orders for one-off items will have a higher cost then ordering higher quantities.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET HERE?

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 5 working days. However, if this is not possible, e.g. yours is a larger order which takes more time to produce, you will be notified within 24 hours.

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK IN?

We accept the following ready-print formats: Vector (EPS/PDF) or high-resolution PDF. Ideally we would receive these in 300dpi resolution, the minimum resolution we can accept is 150dpi.

CAN YOU PANTONE MATCH COLOURS FOR PERSONALISATION?

Printing: yes, we can print to the exact Pantone required as either digital print, screen print or direct-to-garment. Embroidery: we will have to close as possible match the required pantone to a Madeira thread.

DO YOU OFFER A DESIGN SERVICE?

Yes, at Garbmann we have a team of expert graphic designers who can create you a logo from scratch.

DO YOU SUPPLY MERCHANDISE?

Yes, we run fulfilment shops specifically for merchandise. We fulfil orders as they are placed, or for a more cost effective option, we supply bulk orders e.g. 100/250/1000/5000 units, tagged and bagged, ready for distribution.
